I verify that I am 18 years or older and agree that my information will be entered into the RideOn Database and used to match me with potential carpool or vanpool partners, based on their proximity to my home and work address.
- My information will not be shared with any outside organization for marketing purposes.
- I understand that while others may receive information regarding my commute (excluding my home address) for the purpose of ridesharing, I am under no obligation to participate in a rideshare arrangement.
- I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to determine the suitability of others to be in a carpool/vanpool with me, including but not limited to background history, driving record, and road-worthiness of vehicle.
- RideOn Commuter Services, its contractors and funding agencies shall have no responsibility or liability for any claims, expenses or damages resulting from any individual's participation.
- I may choose to be removed from the RideOn database at any time, upon my request.
